Head of SAP Delivey
Medan (Sumatera Utara)
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage a large team to deliver consulting and system integration (C&SI) services to multiple clients.
- Plan, organize and manage a large team to deliver operation, support and maintenance (OSM) services to multiple clients.
- Provide guidance, mentorship and leadership to team leaders and members to build high performance teams.
- Implement new processes and procedures to significantly improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with project implementation teams to ensure smooth transition from implementation phase to operation phase.
- Ensure compliance to service level agreements.
- Manage and build client relationships.
- Actively engage sales team to provide pre-sales support.
- Actively engage Sales and Marketing team to create sales tactics, startegies, plans & targets for profit
- Manage profits and loses for the delivery organization
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Have at least 7 years of experience providing SAP support or implementation services.
- Have a proven track-record in managing large delivery and operations support team.
- Good business acumen & judgement.
- Self-driven, result-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in spoken & written English.
- Willing to be based in Medan, and travel when required
