Marketing Manager - Affordable Housing Program (Code: MM)
Medan (Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:
Reports to Marketing Director, the candidate is responsible to:

• Developing and promoting a program to give access to affordable housing through microfinance
• Manage sales team, dealing with building material sector (retailers), banks and architects
• Manage promotion of the program to build people awareness
• Develop and implement program socialization in Lafarge retailers
• Building strong relationship with third party to support implementation of program
• Manage sales and after sales process to maximize the program efficiency
• Responsible for cement sales after the credit disbursement
• Develop measurement system of the customer satisfaction and social impact of the program to assess program implementation

Requirements:
General Requirements:

• Engineering or Business graduate from reputable university with appropriate knowledge on cement manufacturing process.
• Minimum 7 to 10 years working experience in sales or marketing area with 3 years as a manager preferably multinational company
• Good interpersonal skill, and Communication skills; Fluent of English and Indonesian both oral and written.
• Computer literacy is a must to provide any business reports (MS Words, Excel, Project, and Power Points)
