Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment test proses.
• Configure the effective employee appraisal periodically.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training, Law or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Computer literate, English, KPI, Assasment Tools.
• Required language(s): English, Japanese
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in KIM I MABAR.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
