• Responsible for business development from financial institution
• Develop and enhance new distribution channel to obtain company achievement
• Establish business development strategies
• Develop planning , execution and evaluation of marketing program
• Strong leadership acting
• Maintain close agent and customer relationship

Requirements:

• Minimum D1 in any major study
• Have a good background of experience in sales and marketing , preferably with good knowledge of finance/banking industry,multi level marketing
• Strong ambition and self motivated
• Good in communication and negotiation skill
• Good in interpersonal relationship skill
• Have a large mount of customer database
• Must have own team min. two candidat
