Human Resources Superintendent Job (HR Job) (Road Construction)
Medan (Sumatera Utara)


Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading Indonesian company that has 25 years’ experience in the mining industryand a proven track record in infrastructure development, including road construction. It hasproven partnershipswith both state-owned and private companies. Currently,they are expanding operations globally and are seeking a Human Resource Superintendent to be based at Medan, North Sumatra. The winning candidate will report directly to the head of HR. The successful applicant will be anexperienced human resources professional and have oversight of all HR-related functions.

Requirements:
  • Degree in management, human resources or equivalent relevant experience
  • Ten to 12 years of HR experience (with at least sixyears at managerial level) in multinationals or local conglomerates with regional experience in Indonesia
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR practices in Indonesia
  • Ability to multitask, handle tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Competent in all HR functional areas (staffing, compensation, learning and development, change management etc).
  • Strong leadership and conceptual abilities
  • Result oriented, self-starter with initiative and strong execution drive
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can join immediately
