Engineering Manager
Sumatera Utara
Requirements:

• Male, maximum 45 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Chemical/Mechanical/Mechatronic) or its equivalent.
• Required language(s): Malay, English , Chinese
• At least 5 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Manager or its equivalent.
• Strong Leadership and Managerial skills.
• Preferably with exposure to CMMS/EAM
• Preferably with experience in Total Productive Maintenance or similar initiative.
