Mastercam Programmer

Responsibilities:

• Excellent knowledge and experience in using Autocad or/and mechanical desktop.
• Drive all the members of team work to achieve company’s goal.

Requirements:

• Male
• 25-35 years old
• Minimum a degree either in mechanical or Industry
• An excellent knowledge and experience in using Autocad or/and mechanical desktop
• Ean exellent knowledge and exprience is using inventor
• Familar with mastercam
• Any knowledge and skill in running CNC-5 axis will be an added value

Engineering Staff

Responsibilities:

• Membuat dan menyelesaikan methodsheet (desain sistem tuangan) sesuai dengan standard kerja dan target waktu yang telah ditentukan.

Requirements:

• Pria, usia maksimal 27tahun
• Pendidikan D3atau S1Teknik Mesin
• Teliti, disiplin, rajin dan memiliki ketrampilan dalam analisa teknik yang baik.
• Mampu membaca gambar teknik dan terampil dalam menggunakan AutoCAD

Estimator Staff
Medan (Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare costing sheet for each jobs based on type of process and consumable things that beng required to finish a product

Requirements:

• Male, maximum 28 years old
• Bachelor degree major in industrial engineering
• Mechanical minded and analytical skill
• Able to communicate in English
• Able to operate ms. office
• Able to work in team and/or independent

PPC Staff

• Establish schedule planning, control and review the progress schedule and WIP tracking

Responsibilities:

• Develop the design of casting liner to achieve the objective of appliaction.
• Develop the design of casting liner incorporates all the foundry casting features for optimum process quality of prodcution cost.
• Develop the design of casting liner for life time improvement or grinding process improvement or stop any potential of re-occurance of the failure.

Requirements:

• Male
• 25-35 years old
• Minimum a degree either in mechanical or metallurgist
• Good personality
• Have excellent sense of teamwork
• Any knowledge and experience in mining industry are consedered as a added value
