Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia – Northern Sumatra is looking for a qualified candidate to fill in the position of IT Regional Manager. This position will be based in Medan and reporting directly to IT Operations Group Manager.

IT Regional Manager
Medan (Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:
As IT Regional Manager, you will also be accountable for following responsibilities:
IT Initiatives

• Coordinate and monitor the execution of IT system deployment process, procedures and standards in order to ensure effective, efficient and standardization of IT system deployment process.
• Coordinate communication plan to impacted users in order to bring awareness and gain support
• Monitor and ensure user education plan of targeted application and system users is well executed in order to ensure the supported process can be run effectively

IT Services Delivery

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of IT services to users as per agreed Service Level Agreement(SLA)
• Ensure that IT system environment in operations as per agreed standard
• Assure that IT assets (software, hardware, IT spare parts and included ROAM SIM Cards) are properly maintained, allocated balanced with operation requirements, regularly reviewed and recorded in CCAI asset systems.
• Protecting IT assets from intentional or accidental damage, lost, or destruction including their recording in CCAI fixed asset systems.

IT System Performance Monitoring

• Coordinate and monitor the overall IT system performance and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and develop recommendation on improvement in order to continuously maintain the expected level of IT system performance.

Business Improvement and Partnership

• Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity.
• Continue partnering and maintain good relationship with business.

People Management

• Manage subordinates and develop capability through setting and reviewing subordinates’ performance target, regular coaching and ensuring implementation of Individual Development Plan (IDP)

Cost Management

• Monitor, control and ensure the IT operations expenditure is in line with the plan, business performance and requirement
• Proactive and continuously seek for cost saving opportunity within business and IT operations processes.

Requirements:

• To be successful in this position, you would be expected to have the following qualifications:
• Holding minimum Bachelor degree from Information Technology, System Informatics, Computer Sciences or any related disciplines
• Willing to be based in Medan
• Having minimum 5 years of working experience in Information System &Technology area, preferably from FMCG Industry / Multinational Company. Of these, minimum 2 years in managerial level.
• Strong knowledge in IT Network Architecture, Information System Technology and IT Governance.
