Regional Sales Manager Job (Sanitary Fittings) (Manufacturing)
Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia

Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of Europe’s largest manufacturer of sanitary fittings, including kitchen and bathroom faucets/taps and shower systems. It has offices in many parts of the world and has been in Indonesia for 25 years. Our respected client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, to be based in Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia. The winning candidate will be a motivated sales professional, preferably with an established network in the region.

Job Requirements

•     Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant level of experience
•     Five years’ experience in sales with proven track record of success
•     Excellent Indonesian and English skils, both oral and written
•     The ideal candidate must have good business acumen in driving the specific business strategy
•     Established network of clients preferred
•     Ability to adopt a consultative sales approach
•     Capable of negotiating large-scale projects
•     Experience in project management
