We are a Furniture Manufacturing Company with overseas market, located in Medan, North Sumatra requires qualified personnel to fill up the following position:

HR Staff
Sumatera Utara

Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate all Personnel policies, programs and systems.
• Track attendance and productivity.
• Assist Plant Manager with assessment of performance
• Administer payroll for factory staff.
• Ensure proper compliance with all government regulations.
• Work with the Department of Manpower to understand and implement all applicable labor laws.
• Meet regularly with employees and teams. Coordinate activities such as recognition of anniversary, milestones, to build a positive and loyal workforce.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Law
• male / Female
• Having Experience min 3-4 years
• Max 40 years old

The candidate should speak English, oral & written, University Degree and have good knowledge of working with computer and Microsoft office.
