PMO Manager
Medan (Sumatera Utara)
Responsibilities:
- Report, analyse and manage the IT project performance metrics on a periodic basis
- Establish and maintain lifecycle methodology, standards and tools for the management of IT projects and programs
- Conduct briefing/training for new methodology, standards and tools introduced
- Advises leadership and/or business executives at the highest levels about the project portfolio, status and resource planning
- Initiates and implements new methodologies, process and procedures that will support Company Long and short term goals
- Performs resource management and scheduling
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or any equivalent
- Experience within a PMO and ideally PMP certified
- Professional team player who demonstrates strategic and analytical skills
- Possess critical thinking skills and willing to think outside of the box
- High adaptability towards a changing and growing environment
- Experience managing people with direct and indirect reporting lines
- Excellent writing skills (in English), good verbal communications skills and good presentation skills
