Lowongan Kerja PT Indo Cafco Sebagai Maintenance (Mechanical Supervisor)

PT Indo CafCo is currently seeking a results-oriented individual to fill the following position based in Indonesia (Medan):

Maintenance (Mechanical Supervisor)
Medan (Sumatera Utara)
Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical and engineering work for the company, coffee processing equipment operationand monitoring as well other duties related to maintenance, mechanical engineering and fabrication in a factoryenvironment.
• KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitors operation of plant equipment and systems to ensure that there are no breakdowns or disruptions in the production processes
• Conducting regular inspection and maintenance of all the machinery in the facility
• Ensuring that all safety norms and regulations are adhered to
• Planning maintenance and service activities in a way that the process of production does not get hampered
• Keeping a record of all service, maintenance and refurbishing works carried out on the machinery
• Ensuring that the machinery and equipments are being used to full capacity and that production is optimum
• Design, and fabricateequipment internally or monitor external fabrication contractors
• Providing feedback and suggestions for process and equipment improvement.
• Providing engineering training and technical assistance to the department.
• Supervises plant maintenance personnel
• Assisting Support personnel on implementations

Requirements:

• University Degree with minimum 3 years ofmechanical and or electrical engineeringexperiences
• Candidateshas experiences working for aManufacturingcompany and has solid understanding/knowledge about mechanical and electrical engineering
• Ability to design and fabricate metal structures.
• Ability to create and manage a maintenance schedule
• Willingness to be hands on
• Physically fit
• Local recruitment only (Medan - Indonesia), relocation will not be facilitated.
