PMO Manager
Jakarta Raya, Medan (Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:

• Report, analyse and manage the IT project performance metrics on a periodic basis
• Establish and maintain lifecycle methodology, standards and tools for the management of IT projects and programs
• Conduct briefing/training for new methodology, standards and tools introduced
• Advises leadership and/or business executives at the highest levels about the project portfolio, status and resource planning
• Initiates and implements new methodologies, process and procedures that will support Company Long and short term goals
• Performs resource management and scheduling

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or any equivalent
• Experience within a PMO and ideally PMP certified
• Professional team player who demonstrates strategic and analytical skills
• Possess critical thinking skills and willing to think outside of the box
• High adaptability towards a changing and growing environment
• Experience managing people with direct and indirect reporting lines
• Excellent writing skills (in English), good verbal communications skills and good presentation skills
