Assistant – Estimator (AE) Work Location Kalimantan Tengah - Sampit
Closing Date: October 21,2011

Responsibilities:
  • To support the regional manager CE program
  • To make quantity take off based on the drawing or the works specified for maintenance works
  • To make cost analysis
  • To update the unit price for material and labor biweekly
  • To assist assistant drafter to collect the brochures and the materials samples
  • To organize the planning documents
Requirements:
  • Male with ages min. 24 years old and good health
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • Required skills: AutoCad, Ms. Office, Ms. Project.
  • Required languages: English

Assistant – Conservation (ACON) Work Location Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement conservation/biodiversity management plan and conduct regular monitoring, field survey and performance evaluation including delivery of conservation/biodiversity awareness to employee and staff. Regularly report the progress of the compliance.
Requirements:
  • Male or female, age 25 - 35 and good health
  • Bachelor's degree or post graduate in forestry, conservation biology, ecology, plant taxonomist
  • Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field conservation/biodiversity management
  • Having certification: HCV management & monitoring, others biodiversity & wildlife course
Assistant Manager – EHS (AMEHS) Work Location Kalimantan Tengah - Sampit

Responsibilities:
  • Develop health, safety and environmental compliance policy, procedures and benchmark with industry practices relating to plantation/milling industry. Update as and when required.
  • Setting up audit/compliant procedures so that issues would be addressed before they become problems.
  • Assess risks associated with health, safety and environmental issues and plantation and mill processes and advise the management with options that are pragmatic.
  • Setting up execution plan for periodic audit with well-laid down procedures.
  • Develop social responsibility together with action plan.
  • Implementation of the social responsibility plan with the support of all the stakeholders, which will demonstrate the commitment the company has towards social responsibility.
  • Build effective relations with all pressure groups including villagers, NGOs etc.
  • Setting up staff safety and health standards to eliminate risks associated with hazards at work.
  • Preparation of an Action Plan to get ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 accreditation.
  • Update and brief on latest health, safety and environmental laws, Labor Laws, situations Rules, Regulation etc. in Indonesia.
  • Coordinate EHS training programs for operating teams and workforce as well as the required EHS inspections, investigations of accidents occurred & recommendations for improvement & ensuring all Health & Safety tools and equipment are checked on periodical basis.
  • Ensuring the implementation of company RKL (Rencana Pengelolaan Lingkungan) and RPL (Rencana Pemantauan Lingkungan) and preparing periodic RKL and RPL implementation report.

Assistant Manager – RSPO Coordinator (AMRSPO) Work Location Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
  • Assist RSPO Coordinator in ensuring compliance's of the company business operations and practices with to the round-table on sustainable palm oil (RSPO) and Indonesia Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) principles and criteria. The position holders is also responsible in monitoring, identification of non-conformance and recommendations to ensure that all business operations and process of all business units are in line with the corporate value, policies, and programs, and in conformance with good corporate practices.
Requirements:
  • Male or female, age 28 - 38 and good health
  • Bachelor’s degree or post graduate in public administration, social sciences, agriculture, natural resources management
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in relevant field of palm oil plantations, certification, and performance audit.
  • Proven experience with project and staff management, and proven ability to deal with a range of stakeholders including local community, media workers, NGO, government agencies.
  • Having certification: RSPO auditor, HCV training, others audit training
Manager – EHS (MEHS) Work Location Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
*Develop estate EHS strategy, management plan and conduct regular monitoring, field inspection and EHS performance evaluating including delivery of EHS matter awareness to employee and staff. Regularly report the progress of EHS compliance.
*Develop, implement and evaluate best practices in environment health and safety in estate through:
  • Develop overall EHS Strategic direction for the estate and asses its effectiveness towards meeting the corporate goals and strategies
  • Prepare short term and medium to long term EHS activity plans and verify/coordinate the budgets for estate. Submit proposals and obtain necessary internal approvals for implementation
  • Identify and update the applicable environmental and safety laws and regulation including required license and evaluate the compliance status
  • Liaise with consultants and ensure timely receipt of EHS related approvals (i.e. AMDAL) for plantation projects.
  • Setting and carried up of EHS monitoring systems and measurement program for reporting performance/regulatory compliances at estate, review of progress and deriving action plans for improvement where necessary
  • Carry out Environment & safety induction meeting and training of estate employees related to EHS
  • Develop and review Environmental & Safety policy/procedure/programs in accordance to International Standards (ISO & OHSAS) and ensuring the effectiveness of its implementation, and benchmark with industry EHS best practice relating to plantation and milling industry
  • Conduct environmental aspect impact register, hazard identification and risk assessment which cooperate with Respective estate staff
  • Adhere to all EHS issues and implementing according to EHS advise
  • Setting up of staff safety and health standards to eliminate risks associated with hazards at work
  • Lead in the investigation of accidents or injuries/illness to develop solutions and prevent recurrence
  • Build effective relation with relevant NGOs and government officer
  • Provide advisory/technical support related to Environmental & safety on process safety management, installation of new equipment and facilities at estate area
Requirements:
  • Male or female, min age 30 years and good health
  • Bachelor's degree or master degree in environmental, health, safety, agriculture, forestry, or conservation biology
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in relevant fields of palm oil plantations, AMDAL, B3 management, environment management system, and performance field inspection
  • Have certification: AMDAL, EHS Audit (ISO, OHSAS, SMK3)
  • Knowledge on AMDAL, ISO 14K, OHSAS, HCV and RSPO standard
  • Preferably managers specializing in agriculture, forestry or equivalent. Job role in agriculture/plantation or forestry

Assistant – Road and Bridge (ARB) Work Location Kalimantan Tengah

Responsibilities:
  • Plan to use proper heavy equipments for road maintenance and improvement
  • Do quantity take off prior and after the works
  • Monitor road maintenance and improvements works according to the specifications required
  • Do geometry survey and cross section for the river which the bridges will be constructed
  • Monitor and supervise bridges construction
  • Do material selection and test required for the bridges structure to ensure the works according to the specification
  • Prepare the drawings and the costing for the bridges
  • Make works schedule and evaluate the schedule daily and weekly
  • Make weekly report to the manager based on the bridges construction progress
  • Coordinate with the estate to have road diversion during bridges construction
  • Verify and check progress claimed by contractor
Requirements:
  • Male, age 25 - 35 year old, good health
  • Bachelor degree's in civil engineering (structure/construction) from reputable university
  • Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in the road/bridge construction & maintenance is preferably for this position
  • Able to operate computer (Ms. Office, AutoCad)
  • Ability to use survey equipments
