The presence of railways in Indonesia was marked by the first hoeing railway construction in the village Kemijen, dated Friday June 17, 1864 by Governor-General of the Dutch East Indies, Mr.. NISM build a railway between Kemijen - Responsibility, which later on February 10, 1870 can connect the city of Semarang - Surakarta (110 km), eventually encouraging investors to build railway in other areas. Not surprisingly, if the length of the growth of the railway between 1864 - 1900 grows with leaps and bounds. If in 1867 only 25 km, in 1870 to 110 km, reaching 405 km in 1880, the year 1890 to 1427 km and in 1900 to 3338 Km.

• Have a TOEFL Internet Based Test (IBT) with score 80
• Well-behaved
• Physically and mentally healthy
• Willing to be placed around the working area of the company
• Passed in every stage of selection.

The general requirements cover:
Cover letter (hand written) and signed on stamp Rp.6.000, 00 (six thousand dollars) by the participant by attaching:

1. Copy of diploma that has been legalized S1/S2
2. Copy of transcripts that have legalized S1/S2
3. Copy of Identity Card (KTP) is still valid
4. Copy of Certificate of TOEFL Internet Based Test (IBT) with a score of 80
5. Recent color photographs, size 4 X 6 cm, 4 (four) pieces with the given name behind
6. Certificate of good conduct from the Police which is still valid
7. Health Certificate from the Doctor
8. Willing Statement in place throughout the company stamped Rp. 6000.00
9. Curiculum Vitae, to include experience of working up to this time
10. Copy of certificate of skill / vocational
